Our nutrition team offers nutritional counselling adapted to different contexts and stages of life, from childhood to adulthood, always with a focus on health and quality of life.
Áreas de Atuação
Paediatric Nutrition (from 4 months to 18 years)
Nutrition in the early stages of life has a decisive impact on future health. In this area, we work with:
- Safe and conscious food introduction (Traditional | Baby-Led Weaning | mixed)
- Prevention and management of food selectivity
- Promoting healthy habits in children and adolescents
- Food education
- Food allergy and intolerance (coeliac disease, cow’s milk protein allergy, among others)
Women’s Health
Nutrition can play a regulatory and therapeutic role in the different hormonal phases and challenges:
- Endometriosis: reduction of inflammation and relief of symptoms through an anti-inflammatory diet
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): control of insulin resistance, menstrual regulation and fertility support
- Menopause: nutritional support for hormonal balance, prevention of osteoporosis and weight control
Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Digestive Health
Intestinal disorders affect quality of life, and diet is an essential tool in controlling them:
- Dietary strategies such as the FODMAP diet (and others)
- Identification of food sensitivities
- Improving intestinal transit, bloating and abdominal discomfort
- Strengthening the intestinal microbiota with functional nutrition
Fertility, Preconception, Pregnancy and Postpartum
We believe that good health starts at an early age, during a couple’s preconception. The right nutrition for the couple during these stages influences not only the pregnancy but also the development and future health of the baby.
- Pre-conception food planning for couples who want to get pregnant
- Nutritional counselling throughout pregnancy (weight control, well-being, gestational diabetes…)
- Nutrition in the postpartum period and during breastfeeding, promoting recovery and an adequate nutritional state for the breastfeeding woman.

- Food plans to improve performance, recover and increase muscle mass
- Hydration, supplementation and energy management strategies
- Support in phases of fat loss or lean mass gain
