At Clínica Terrace by Dra. Mara Marques, we are pleased to have Dr. Rita Filipe, a physician specialized in public health, with academic training and experience in the field. Dr. Rita holds a medical degree with an integrated master’s from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Lisbon and completed her specialized internship in public health at ACES Lisboa Ocidental e Oeiras.

She has a particular interest and experience in Travel Medicine, having completed a specialization course in Travel Medicine at the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where she acquired the skills to advise and treat travelers regarding disease prevention in international contexts.

Her academic background also includes a postgraduate degree in Infectious Diseases from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Lisbon, as well as certifications in Bodily Injury Assessment and Social Medicine, both recognized by the Portuguese Medical Association.

At Clínica Terrace, Dr. Rita Filipe provides specialized and personalized medical care, with an approach focused on health promotion and disease prevention, particularly in travel-related and high-risk situations. Her experience in public health enables her to ensure excellent patient care, always with the mission of providing the best possible healthcare.
